Pepper with Gun Colored

Before anything else, I would just like to say the following info.

-this was done with artweaver; a free software. One that wouldnn't crash if coupled with a VERY low-end PC.
-I colored this in w/ a MOUSE

I didn't bother buying a pirated Photoshop CS or something like that 'cause my PC wont be able to handle it, and I have enough pirated software in my PC!!!

It would just suck having another window pop up saying that my windows isn't genuine blah blah blah!!!!

Anyways, I have no experience in digital art or whatever, I haven't even read a single tutorial about it, so please bear with me on this one!!! hehe...
